Em votação realizada na manha desta sexta-feira (14), no plenário Magno Claret Vieira, o vereador Paulinho da Farmácia (PHS) foi escolhido, por cinco votos a cinco, o novo Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Pedro Leopoldo no biênio 2019/2020. O empate, pelo regimento interno, dá a vitória ao candidato mais idoso.
A chapa liderada por Paulinho conta ainda com Alex Fabiano (MDB) como vice-presidente, Marcus Marinho (PP) como secretário geral e Eldir Batista (Baixinho) (MDB) como segundo secretário. O vereador Leozão Ribeiro (MDB) foi outro apoiador da chapa.
A sessão teve inicio pouco depois das 9h. O candidato Sargento Aziz José Ferreira utilizou a tribuna para falar com todos os vereadores. Ele falou diretamente com cada parlamentar. Em seguida, Paulinho também usou tribuna para ressaltar o trabalho que pretende fazer na casa.
Após a votação, com a confirmação da vitória, Paulinho falou sobre o trabalho que pretende realizar nos próximos dois anos.
“Quero fazer um trabalho transparente, de união com a Casa, com todos os vereadores e, acima de tudo, fazer um trabalho focado no nosso município, Pedro Leopoldo merece sempre o melhor”, finalizou.
